Indeed! We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your parking booking and receive a full refund as long as it is done 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. However, once the booking session has commenced, we are unable to provide a refund. Please keep this in mind when managing your parking arrangements.
Lot Owners
In the event where the booked parking time has expired but the car remains parked on the lot, we kindly request the Lot Owner to promptly contact EcoParking through the designated app. Please provide us with the following necessary details:
- Booking time and date
- Exceeding duration (in hours)
- Car license plate
- Make and model of the car
- Complete address of the Lot Owner
